As an open, polytechnic institution, Utah Tech serves a diverse student population with varying needs and pathways; this priority addresses the opportunity to ensure every student has access to coordinated academic support, meaningful engagement opportunities, and a strong sense of belonging. By aligning advising, co-curricular experiences, and campus life, this work will improve retention, enhance student achievement, and position graduates to be both career-ready and life-ready while strengthening institutional effectiveness and long-term enrollment stability.
